A couple of days later now and I finally let my friends and relatives know about the coming ride (Brianne had done so weeks ago) so our Team Blue Skies fundraising page

has taken a wonderful jump to $1,620! We have set a stretch goal of $6,000 this year to emphasize the need and opportunity to help push FA research forward through these clinical trials. The overall RA NorCal goal is $125,000 and is making good progress at $48,300 this morning! Thank you all that have donated so far! More will follow I am sure!

For the next couple of weeks I will be riding twice a week towing the trailer and carrying 100lbs of sand to simulate Brianne. Oh joy! :-)
